Stage Selection: Electrostatic filters are used gradually according to the density of smoke and oil vapor. The 'Dual Stage' option includes two 9,000 m3/h electrostatic filters, and the Three stage option includes three 9,000 m3/h electrostatic filters. Single Stage; In kitchens where the smoke density is very low, such as Doner Restaurant, Sulu Meal, Patisserie, Frying House and General Kitchen. Double Stage ; In kitchens with medium smoke emissions such as Gas or Electric Grills and Fryers. Three Stages; In all kitchens with a charcoal grill. Panel Cassette Type; It is used in places where odor intensity is low. It contains less granulated carbon than the cylinder cartridge type. The replacement cost is lower. The change period is between 6 months and 1 year. Cylinder Cartridge Type; It is used in places where odor intensity is high. Aspirator Unit; An aspirator unit is used so that the dirty air collected in the hood can pass through the filter and be discharged to the outside environment. Duct Fan; It is used in hoods that do not exceed 2 square meters, in places where the duct system does not exceed 8 meters, and in systems that do not contain active carbon. It is low cost and quiet. Cell Aspirator; It is used in hoods over 2 square meters, in systems containing active carbon filters and in places where the duct length exceeds 8 meters. Thanks to its insulated cell structure, it is silent and vibration-free. It is long lasting and durable. UVC Ozone Filter; It is used as an alternative to Active Carbon Filter in places where odor density is low. It eliminates bad odors by disrupting the structure of odor molecules with the ozone gas it releases. The change period is approximately 1.5 years. Thanks to its low pressure loss, it can be used with the 'Duct Fan'. Input / Output Reduction ; It is the adapter part required to connect the dirty air inlet and clean air outlet section to the round duct.
