Fast-Purge series compact filter systems can be used in many areas thanks to their designable components. 

Units specially created with filter systems tailored to your needs can be used mobilely without requiring installation. 

Usage Type

     Laser Cutting Machine;  It can be used to filter the smoke and odor generated during cutting and bending of materials such as MDF, Plexi Acrylic and Leather. 

                                           It includes a double-pass 3,000 m3/h Electrostatic Filter, Soot Retention Filter and Aspirator Unit as standard. It is sufficient for a single bench. 

                                           Additional Odor Filter can be added as needed. 

      Coffee Roaster;  It is suitable for machines with a roasting capacity of 15 kg per hour. Cleaning period may vary depending on smoke and particle density. 

                                               It includes a Double-pass 3,000 m3/h Electrostatic Filter, Soot Trapping Filter and Heat-Resistant Aspirator Unit as standard. 

                                                Aspirator Unit includes a built-in speed controller. Fan flow rate can be adjusted according to capacity. 

      CNC Machine;  CNC Automatons operating under oil create oil mist at low speeds and smoke emissions due to the burning of oil at high speeds during part processing. 

                        Fast-Purge Unit converts oil vapor and smoke back into oil and preserves it in the storage chamber. At the same time, it cleans the air completely 

                        It provides a working environment. Since dirty air does not contain particles, it does not require filter cleaning for a long time. The unit comes standard with a Double pass 3,000 m3/h Electrostatic Filter,

                        Includes Metal Oil Trap, Aspirator and Oil Tank.    

   Additional Odor Filter;   Fast-Purge includes Electrostatic Filter as standard. Electrostatic Filters purify 99.7% of smoke and particles and filter odor by 40-50%. 

                                      This rate is sufficient for many businesses. However, if there is a need for more odor filtering, an Active Carbon Filter can be added to the unit.      

  Dirty Air Inlet Option;   The dirty air inlet pipe can be selected as single or double. It comes as Q150mm as standard. 

 Fresh Air Outlet Option

     Evacuation from the Body;  The cleaned air is thrown directly into the environment from the body of the Fast-Purge Unit. It is not recommended for use in low volume environments. Created by the Electrostatic Filter 

                                       Ozone gas can cause burning in the eyes and headache. It can be used in semi-open or large environments such as factories. 

     Outdoor Drain Outlet;  It is used in places where discharge from the body is not suitable, such as low volume environments. Just like the inlet pipe, it also includes an outlet pipe. This output is to the outside environment 

                                                 is transferred. Pipe is not included in the option. Also supplied.
